Material Engineer - Nano HydroCarbon Fuel
Location: Hong Kong, Singapore
Headcount: 6
Main duties:
- Identify and conduct evaluation of materials candidates, primarily encapsulants and adhesives, working closely with mechanical and electrical design, safety, and manufacturing teams
- Carry out material characterization and performance evaluation via analytical studies and collaborating with process/reliability teams
- Develop structure-property relationship for polymeric materials and composites
- Understand and develop novel processing and production methods
- Determine and optimize process parameters for manufacturing processes
- Write materials specifications, test procedures, SOPs
Engage with and manage external partners and vendors for materials development and drive to successful realization in production
- Develop and evaluate improved and optimized composition of custom formulations
- Perform stress testing and reliability testing on materials and components
Qualifications:
- R&D experience in materials formulation and/or characterization
- Evidence of exceptional ability and track record of execution of materials development
- Experience in polymer processing, specifically at manufacturing scale
- Exceptional organization, collaboration and communication skills (e.g. report writing)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detailed-oriented, able to work both independently and in a collaborative project-focused environment, prompt and dependable
Engineering Project Manager
Location: Hong Kong, Singapore

Main duties:
- To identify, evaluate, and drive various activities while clearly communicating the risks, priorities and schedules to cross-functional teams and management
- respond quickly and clearly regarding changes to the overall goals, schedule, and/or architecture
- work with diverse highly-skilled functional teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and execute mitigations quickly and efficiently
Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with Chinese executives and government officials in highly effective ways to get things done
- Strong multidisciplinary and technical background
Impeccable organizational, multi-tasking, and management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Experience with IoT product parts including displays, batteries, silicon, and/or mass storage
- An in-depth understanding of development and manufacturing process
- A BS or MS degree in electronics, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent degree or experience in multidisciplinary engineering environments
